Commissions will be delivered in 2 months and worked on in a SKEB-manner

I have permission to stream and publicly display your commissions on my socials for advertisement unless otherwise discussed

Personal use of commission does not require credit

Use of commission as an asset on any streaming or content creation service requires credit to my carrd and/or Twitter

Commercial use of the commission is prohibited unless discussed and a fee is paid

Payment is taken upfront through the payment method discussed

No refunds are allowed once the commission has been initiated

Chargebacks will be met with legal action

Failure to abide by the ToS will result in blacklisting and/or legal action depending on the severity of the infraction

I have the right to refuse a commission or stop the commission process with a partial refund for reasons such as uncomfortable subject matter, harassment from the commissioner, etc
